Refund & Cancellation Policy

1. Service Booking & Cancellation

Once a service is booked, you may cancel it within 2 hours of the booking time for a refund request. After 2 hours, the booking fee is non-refundable.

2. Non-Refundable Booking Fee

The ₹99/- booking fee is non-refundable if the order is older than 2 hours. This fee helps us allocate resources and schedule technicians.

3. Refund Process

If eligible for a refund, it will be processed within 7 working days to your original payment method.

4. Service Rescheduling

If you need to reschedule, contact us at least 2 hours before your scheduled appointment. Rescheduling is free of charge.
